Thirty five years experience. Harvard trained negotiator. Former in-house insurance defense counsel, 12 years.

Bio:  Additional prior 16 years fighting for Plaintiff's as partner, then owner of his own firm.  As seasoned Plaintiff lawyer then joins insurance industry as Regional Defense Counsel, Western Canada, 12 years, defending insurance claims.  Next Harvard Law School, completes program in Alternate Dispute Resolution and Negotiation.  Returns to private plaintiff practice specializing in serious injury claims, and insurance litigation.
